This section goes beyond the member-facing fields and serves as an internal CRM for the weaving team. It allows us to track matches, capture notes on individual members, and follow up systematically. The table can be expanded into:
1:1 follow-ups – managed in a Kanban view for clarity
Matchmaking tracker – a separate table mapping potential matches and how many have already been suggested (to be built)
Member lifecycle – dates when members joined and, if applicable, when they left
Potential Stakeholders – suggestions logged privately, with the option to decide whether or not to display them in member profiles
