Completed Term Successfully:

Access Removal:
All access to volunteer documents, programs, emails, and communication channels will be revoked to maintain security and confidentiality.
Opportunities for Continued Engagement:
If eligible, we encourage you to apply for open opportunities on other volunteer teams during the next recruitment cycle. Your dedication and expertise are valued, and we welcome your continued involvement in different capacities within our organization.

Communication with Existing Team:
We inform the existing team members that the individual in question is no longer part of the team and emphasize that they should not have access to any team-specific documents, applications, or communication channels.
