The goal of Coaching Corner is to create an environment where you feel empowered to grow, succeed as an [Insert Role], and take greater responsibility for what you do. This is not a feedback session. This is an interactive coaching session. Be prepared to work!
Coaching Corner consists of the following:
1 hour coaching sessions per week
- 5 minutes: reflection
- 20 minutes: game tape review
- 20 minutes: role play
- 10 minutes: post role play review
- 5 minutes: action items
