The goal for a prep shift is to count, make and restock barista related inventory for the week. This currently includes syrups and drinks, but can may also extend to dry and paper goods in the future (e.g. taking count of bags, cups, and coffee)
and use the tally tool to count what syrups and drinks we currently have on hand. Remember to check the walk-in and three-door in the back!Once complete, select your initials from the drop down, and click the green “Confirm counts” button.
