3. Identify your fears
💡 Often, our fears are not as terrifying as we think they are. The goal of this exercise is to take your fears out of your head, put them on paper, and come up with ways to reduce or eliminate those fears altogether.
Start by listing your biggest fears related to the categories you listed above (family, health & fitness, financial, etc). Then, include the likelihood of your fear becoming a reality .
4. Manage your fears
Now, let’s list out a few ways you can prevent this fear from becoming a reality. After that, we’ll even game plan for the worst case scenario → Even if your worst fear comes true, how might you handle the situation? This will give you confidence that you’ll find a solution, no matter what happens.
