PR FAQ

idealized future "Press Release" to focus on user value
Amazon has highly unique and highly opinionated product processes that have become an unfair advantage. The most famous of which is the Press Release / Frequently Asked Question (or PR FAQ). A PR FAQ is an idealized future "Press Release" and associated FAQs. I think it works so well because it forces the writer to explicitly state the client value of a new project upfront and the POV of an “objective” observer.
