Without all the busy work
One of the best sources of qualitative info about your product are churn reasons. The problem with churn reasons is that customers can ramble on, have their own nomenclature about your product, and if they are leaving for a competitor they might write it any random ol’ place. So a great way to normalize and make them more concise quickly is to use chat GPT and google sheets.

Huck all your churn reasons into a google sheet, and apply the following three prompts.

Yo, I'm outta here! Your social media marketing software just isn't cuttin' it for me.
