Objectives and key results
List the OKRs of this product that define success. Be measurable and quantitative wherever possible. Hypotheses
By doing X, we believe Y will happen. We will know this to be true when we observe Z happening. Product Phases
List any notable releases or milestones for this product. Ensure the end of phases is considered, with end-of-life, deprecation, end of production, and end of support addressed.
Diagrams, Designs, and Flows
Embed any conceptual diagrams; user interface or industrial design products; workflows; etc.
These could be images, Miro, Abstract, Figma, etc.
Only add these things to the PRD if they are truly part of the product requirements so that they are not confusing, overly prescriptive, or contrary to written requirements.

Performance
List requirements for how the product performs. These are the requirements that drive KPIs. There should be corresponding KPIs in the Data Observability section to ensure we can monitor and action on these requirements.
User Requirements
This will probably be the largest section and should contain all the use cases/functions in the form of epics, and stories for the product. Break up the sections/tables by epic, or whatever grouping makes most sense. Add dependencies and external impacts as a column to tables, if applicable. List Epics here at the top of the section for easy reference. Link to tables. Use the Grouping filter when viewing to display multiple acceptance criteria for each story.
Unsupported Features
Address two categories:
Never Supported Features: these will never work with the product, but could be expected. Unplanned Features: these could possibly be supported by the product, but are notably not part of the plan and/or are deprioritized. Other Requirements
