Short article that I highly encourage, especially to those still inundated by online content and media. The nature of the platforms have become so accessible that content is nearly frictionless to find or create. We can continue to block out sources and timebox our readings, but at the end of the day, we must realize that there will always be a tradeoff. The content stream is more like a river than a bucket, that we don’t have to empty, but rather observe and be thoughtful about what we really do want to consume.
