The idea of a ‘dream job’ sounds so promising — until it finally comes along. The balance between ‘learn or earn’ is real and is a constant see-saw. You must define the tradeoffs you are willing to undergo, the realities of how work is valued and your ability to deliver. This requires both flexibility and creativity. Passions do not equate to money, and money will not translate to a passion. Understand the playing field and rules to find the ideal balance.
