Rooted Software is excited to partner with Believe LA. At Rooted’s core is the desire to enable churches and ministries to leverage technology in a more efficient and sustainable way. We are committed to serving and assisting your team throughout this implementation and optimization process for Planning Center.
As we approach each module, we’ll begin with consulting. Each module consultation will include up to 3 discovery calls with your team; during these calls we will assess what is currently working well in a module and what could be strengthened. We will provide recommendations for optimizing each module and work with you to develop an implementation plan that meets the needs of your staff and ministry. After consulting, we’ll move to implementation. Our Planning Center Solutions team will work on carrying out each of the strategies we discussed during our consultations. We will have up to 3 quality assurance calls with your team during this phase to ensure that we’re optimizing your account in a way that is efficient and sustainable for you. Finally, we’ll provide module training. This phase includes up to 2 live training sessions for each module along with a final Q&A session. These customized training sessions will focus specifically on strategies Rooted Software helps you create and implement. The final Q&A will include a handoff of account management to your team, indicating that your module is ready to go live.
In addition to these project-specific tasks, our team provides a dedicated project manager for your project, who will ensure that your custom-built project plan and schedule are maintained, communication between our teams is regular and clear, and other project details are tracked and documented.

Consultation
1 kickoff call to establish expectations
up to 3 discovery calls to explore client’s needs and goals; identify pain points; gather requirements; develop strategies to enhance client’s use of the People module; strategize needed workflows, lists, etc.
1 final call to collaborate on strategies for optimization
Implementation
implementation and optimization of account based on consultation calls (workflows, lists, and other strategies discussed in consultation)
1 quality assurance call with client to review implementation and optimization
continued work on implementation and optimization
1 final quality assurance call with client to review implementation and optimization
Rooted Software will make final changes in implementation and optimization based on our final quality assurance call (if needed)
Training
up to 2 customized, live training sessions for staff/volunteers; in the training, Rooted Software will show client how to sustainably use the workflows, lists, and other strategies connected to their account; training sessions will focus primarily on strategies that have been implemented with our Planning Center Solutions team
1 final Q&A call; this call will conclude the implementation and training phase for the People module unless otherwise specified
