unDavos Team Portal: Introduction & Overview

Introduction
We’re excited to collaborate with you again this year. We’ve developed the unDavos Team Portal to streamline how we manage and promote our sessions, panels, and speakers. This portal provides a central place for you to update information, help us communicate effectively, and finalize sessions for promotion.

To access this team portal you first need to have shared your email with us.

Access & Roles
When you log in with your invited email, your view and editing options depend on your role:
All Invited Users:
Everyone has a My Profile section, where you can:
• Update your personal information.
• Keep your details current for better communication and promotion.
Speakers:
You will see a Panels button. Here, you can:
• Review panel details (date, time, location).
• See who else is speaking.
• Add or refine your talking points.
• Update your speaker profile, ensuring accurate info on
Session Owners:
You will see a Sessions button. Use this to:
• Finalize session details.
• Add or adjust panels and speakers.
• Confirm when your session is ready for promotion. Once you confirm, our marketing team is notified and can start promoting the session on LinkedIn.
Program Owners:
You will see a Program Owner button. Here, you can:
• Access a high-level overview of all sessions and panels under your program.
• Edit details at any level, ensuring accuracy across the board.
