Role Description for unDavos Summit: Facilitator

Purpose/Context:

The role of a Facilitator at the unDavos Summit is to effectively manage and guide a specific type of session that involves structured interaction. As a Facilitator, you are responsible for ensuring the session runs smoothly and that all participants are actively engaged.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee the session, ensuring it adheres to its structured format. ()
Guide participants through the session's activities, discussions, or exercises.
Maintain the flow of the session, ensuring all scheduled activities occur within the allotted time.

Hours per Assignment:

Each session assignment is typically 1.25 hours, with most sessions occurring on Venture Day.

Expected Effort:

Pre-Davos: Familiarize yourself with the session's format, objectives, and any specific materials or tools needed.
During Davos: Active engagement and facilitation during the assigned 1.25-hour session.
