RASCI in FABE
R - Responsible: The person(s) who perform the work or complete the task.
A - Accountable: The person ultimately responsible for the task's correct completion; only one "A" should be assigned per task.
S - Supporting: Team members who provide resources or assistance to the Responsible party.
C - Consulted: Experts or stakeholders whose input is needed before or during the task.
I - Informed: People who need to be kept updated on progress, typically after a decision or task is completed.
