With every member taking his/her place, we’re building a family community that’s fulfilling the Great Commission and the vision of Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne —to see 100 Million souls saved and sow 1 Billion dollars into world missions.

Having Enough Loving People Serving is vital to the work of R.M.I. and The River Church. We work closely with every department manager ensuring they have adequate support during all services, conferences, and special events. Helpers include hundreds of recruited members, students, and staff sharing a passion to see the vision of the house fulfilled in unity, excellence, and love.
By the leading of the Holy Spirit, we place the right people in the right department(s) and utilize online scheduling platforms for maximum organization and efficiency. As individuals faithfully sow their time and talent towards the vision of the house, they grow in Godly character becoming fully equipped to fulfill the vision God has placed on their lives to win souls and impact nations.
