The Studio B Experience: River Culinary Department

We provide a Spirit-filled and 5-star dining experience that is setting a new standard of culinary innovation and excellence. Our mission is to be a world-class kitchen serving high-quality food while treating each guest as a VIP, and ensuring they leave refreshed both physically and spiritually. We couple the anointing and creativity to reach diverse culinary and fine dining communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Quality Assurance
Studio B is a from-scratch kitchen, and our cuisine is freshly made in-house. We are committed to serving the finest ingredients and have cultivated excellent relationships with the world’s most trusted food and beverage suppliers.
• What is Studio B?
From start to finish, it is an unforgettable experience customized to each occasion including R.M.I. conferences, weekly private luncheons, staff celebrations, special events, and special guest meals. Each menu is tailor-made and rarely repeated twice. The cuisine and presentation are fresh, welcoming, and always includes exclusive seasonal ingredients, and more!
To date, we have served over 130,000 plates. During the course of an annual 7-day conference, we serve over 3,000 plates that are prepped, cooked, and plated individually as a multi-course meal.
• Technology
We are equipped with a commercial kitchen and top of the line culinary tools and technology including imported Italian ovens. Our ovens reduce cooking time 40% - 60% on a molecular level without adding chemicals or compromising taste, quality, and nutrients.
Our kitchen also includes a reverse osmosis water system, molecular gastronomy tools, and many custom-made culinary instruments to suit the volume and fine dining experience. We are purposed to be frontrunners in advancement and execution in the culinary world for the glory of God.
