Outreach is the heartbeat of R.M.I. as we have vowed to see 100 million souls saved. Our vision is to reach the city of Tampa and beyond with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make radical disciples who win souls and train others to do so. We have also purposed to see 500 people in the altar call each Sunday along with the operation of 40 busses transporting congregants throughout the inner city.
• Soul-Winning
Every Monday – Saturday, we conduct a soul-winning training lab where local church members, students, and visitors are trained to use the Gospel Soul-Winning Script and other proven power evangelism tools to win the lost. Our Gospel Soul-Winning Script is translated into 56 languages including a children’s version and counting. On average, over 30 people go out daily and win over 265 souls on the streets, at malls, parks, on city busses, and anywhere the Gospel will reach.
• Bus Ministry
Each month, the bus ministry transports over 1,500 people from the inner city who are hungry to receive from Heaven. Over 40 workers serve throughout the bus ministry as dispatchers, drivers, captains, registrars, hospitality leaders, and are taught discipleship and how to build bus routes. Bus ministry captains assist with service altar calls, compelling the lost to give their lives to Jesus.
• Jail Ministry
Polk County Jail is being shaken with the power of God. Every month, we send a team to minister the freedom of Jesus Christ to the inmates and have recorded many salvations, signs, and wonders.
• Nursing Homes
Throughout the years, we’ve taken the Gospel of Jesus Christ to hundreds of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Each month, we take a message of hope and peace into nursing homes to see the elderly saved and minister healing to their bodies. This special outreach also consists of nursing home revivals and “Super Nursing Home Saturdays” where we’ve witnessed a record-breaking 1,600 salvations in one day!
• Summer School of Evangelism (S.S.E.)
Soul-winning isn’t a program, it’s a lifestyle, and we are committed to mobilizing others to win the lost at any cost. S.S.E. is a 5-week course providing practical hands-on training and experiences including service within the R.M.I. Bus Ministry and special soul-winning projects. Students learn how to reach their city for Jesus Christ with subjects including:
o How to Operate in spiritual Gifts
o Bus Ministry
o Mass Crusades
o How to Carry Revival
o The Five-Fold Ministry
o How to Operate in Signs, Wonders, and Miracles
o Media & Marketing

We go out and bring people onto our campus to be presented with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our strategic community outreaches and in-reaches have shaken the city of Tampa, Clearwater, Lakeland and beyond witnessing hundreds of thousands of salvations. Through special events and in-reaches including The River Car Show, The Stand, Back to School Giveaway, and Holiday Fests, members and students are given opportunities to preach the Gospel and develop and exercise their ministry gifts under leadership and in a safe environment.

Annual Turkey Fest: More than 650 turkeys and hams are distributed
To the glory of the Lord, our soul-winning teams have led the Mayor of Tampa, Miss Tampa, Miss Florida and many other local and global public figures, government officials and celebrities in the prayer of salvation.
• Stats and Data Entry
As stewards, maintaining an accurate record of powerful testimonies and souls won to the Kingdom of God is important. We strive to do this daily in excellence and with precision ensuring accurate stats and information are shared during the weekly Sunday Main Event.
• Parking
The River is always flowing and with so many exciting events happening at R.M.I. Headquarters, our parking helps are essential to directing campus visitors and facilitating a safe flow of traffic and parking. Over 20 people serve in this ministry.
• Donations
This exciting ministry sector trains students on how to apply for community grants and manage donations for our numerous outreaches, in-reaches, and special event giveaways. Students obtain and apply fundamental skills on how to initiate and build professional relationships with ministry partners and stakeholders.
