Our mission is maintenance with a difference in the spirit of excellence. We provide professional and quality property management and repair services, supporting R.M.I.’s campus facilities, lush foliage and landscaping, and local property enhancement and productivity. We service more than 7 ministry properties on over 90 acres ensuring the safety and health of church members, students, employees and visitors. Depending upon the exciting task at hand, our team coverage can range from 8 – 300 ministries of helps workers!
• Special Projects & Events
Teamwork, resourcefulness, and creativity play integral roles in our daily and yearly maintenance operations. We are privileged with the opportunities to organize, design, setup and build elaborate displays, props, and special effects for The Stand, Main Events, conferences, and special events. We consistently aim to leave a 5-star impression, and some of our most notable development projects include:
o The River Men’s World Expo
o The River Car Show
o The Field of Dreams AstroTurf installment and upkeep (Over 2 acres)
o Kid’s & Youth Fire Week obstacle courses
o The River Blizzard snow tubing and ice-skating interactive display and activities
o Christmas at The River (Featuring: 80ft Christmas light tree with snow, and floating snowflake cloud machines)
