Working at R.M.I. is not a job; it’s a calling. Our staff is comprised of over 80 full time and part time staff members and also includes specialty contractors. With many gifts and talents, we are all united by a love for Jesus, revival, and a passion to bring in the lost.
Employees
The safety of our staff and those we serve is important. All employees and contractors undergo a complete background check and interview process. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit and ministry policies, we place the right people who are anointed to catch and carry out the vision of the house in the right positions. HR manages payroll, benefits, policies, procedures, and staff communications.
Training
We desire to see spiritual and professional growth in all of our staff members. Many are graduates of River University, and we cross-train our staff in multiple areas of ministry —fully equipping them with the required knowledge, tools, and resources for maximum productivity on and off campus.
