Our Hospitality department is honored to receive, host, and serve R.M.I. special guests
in the spirit of excellence, love, and with unparalleled grace. Lead by the Holy Spirit and the vision of R.M.I., we plan, execute, and oversee special logistics for annual conferences,
private luncheons, and special events—providing our guests with first-class experiences.
Our mission is to ensure every guest encounters the love of God and leaves feeling
welcomed, revitalized, and genuinely valued.
• Conferences & Special Events
We are event coordinator enthusiasts specializing in planning intimate and large events from 20 attendees to 2,000 and far beyond. From idea to implementation, we design and strategize every component ensuring each event meets and exceeds R.M.I. standards of excellence. This includes operation planning for annual R.M.I. conferences, weekly private luncheons, staff celebrations, the River University banquets, special holidays and observances and so much more!
• Guest Hosting
Every guest is a special guest, and we are privileged to welcome individuals from around the world. We arrange travel, lodging, ground transportation, dining, and a plethora of other amenities to ensure guests receive five-star treatment and are well taken care of. Hospitality is blessed to receive and wide spectrum of special guests who have included international ministers, world leaders and dignitaries, government officials, and individuals in transition.
• Training
We provide staff, members, and students with the necessary guidance and education to increase their skills and capacity to serve in excellence. Trainees are taught on a variety of subjects including Biblical hospitality (1 Peter 4:9), proper table setting, professional guest hosting and interaction, unity and teamwork, and much more!
Our events require an average of 30 – 50 trained servers. In efforts to raise the bar, in 2021 we broke a ministry record serving 400 guests in the River Church main sanctuary for the River University banquet!
