Call Center

The Call Center serves as a 24/7 point of contact to the anointing and the river of joy that flows from R.M.I. Our Holy Ghost filled operators are trained church members, students, and staff encompassing a passion for prayer, and the professional ability to provide useful resources and support for all incoming and outgoing calls. Each week, we receive over 1,000 calls with numerous testimonies of salvations, healings and miracles, deliverance, baptisms in the Holy Spirit and Fire, and supernatural provision.
• Operations
Our Call Center is used by numerous departments including Outreach, Pastoral, and our ministerial fellowship, R.M.I.M.A. It is an operational hub enabling us to follow-up on member care and discipleship, organize community soul-winning outreaches, receive calls from the C.T.N. Great Awakening Broadcast and multiple social media live-stream outlets, and communicate with ministry partners.
It contains over 35 prayer booths fully equipped with soul-winning materials and a categorized Call Center Prayer Manual with corresponding scriptures and prayer points for operator usage. We receive prayer requests 24/7 via phone and digital communication (texting), where callers speak with a live operator or are assisted through our advanced automated prayer line. On average, 20-30 operators serve 6 days per week during standard business hours, live services, and special television broadcasts—with the last shift ending at 1AM.
• Training
We train members, students, and staff to “keep the main thing the main thing,” which is souls. Callers are given the opportunity to receive salvation, rededication, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire. We take a “search and rescue” approach, and our mission is to pray with as many people as possible — giving callers the Word of God for their specific requests and situations.
