Summary Dashboard

Prototypes Links:

Handle Stages in Smartdash: (Refer to this in order to handle current stages in the summary dashboard) ​
This app will be helpful for a user to get an overview of the details regarding their borrowers added in the system
There will be 2 sets of Cases:
Activated Cases: Where Limit has been activated after PSD check and Invoices can be accepted
In Progress Cases: Where limit has not been activated yet
The dashboards will have both desktop and adaptive mobile view available for easy access across devices

Activated Cases Tab:

User will get a summary level view of his onboarded borrowers
In case of the user is an ASM login (not a manager): It will be all the cases onboarded under his name of ASM
In case of ZSM/ NSM login (who is a Manager of ASM): It will be all the cases onboarded by his team
In case if the user is not from Sales team, he can click on All Cases filter to see all the cases onboarded by various team
The summary view will consists of below:
Total number of borrowers
Sanctioned Limit
Available Limit
Utilized Limit
By default view on landing will be across all programs

All Filters options will be available on top right (ASM, ZSM, Date Range, Lender, Program, Company) Please find below the desktop view of the same ​

Below the summary view there will be list of cases with below details in a tabular view based on the filters which are applied on top:

A simple search based on below:
Trade Name (Option selected by default)
Customer Name
Mobile Number
Cust id
App id
GSTN
Filters available on (ASM, ZSM, Date Range, Lender, Program, Company)
Toggle button to view All Cases (Across the Supermoney irrespective of who has onboarded it) along with the already applied filters. For eg. If user had selected Program: HP Telecom 1.0, selected Date Range as 01-01-24 to 01-01-25 and then clicked on All cases toggle then all the borrowers which are part of HP Telecom 1.0 and activated within the selected date range will show up
The entire view will be in pages and the list will be sorted based on the recently activated ones on top and oldest ones on bottom

Comments Columns

The summary level view from above in comments column the person will be able to see the latest comment which is added
There will be a add ca comment button option available in comment column

Once a user clicks on reply, a pop-up window will open to capture the comment reply from the user. And also attach documents if required. In case a document is to be attached it will ask for document group and document type to be selected for proper marking of the document against the case
Once a reply has been provided against a comment, a view icon will be visible against the comment to view the reply given by the sales team

PSD Dependencies Columns

Till the time there isn’t any psd item defined, the value will be blank (-)
Once a credit team provided the PSD checklist and has approved the case and the sales person clicks on View button, the sales person can see the list of checklist items to be completed. They can start adding the document here by clicking on upload icon to upload the document there and click on submit. The documents will be captured and marked against the checklist item in the PSD Maker checklist limit.
Once all the checklist items are added and clicked on submit, the items will be moved to PSD Checker automatically. And the status here will be shown as “In progress” (Pending with PSD Checker)
If any checklist item is pending before clicking on submit, the case will be still in PSD Maker dashboard with the item’s status marked as done
Once a PSD checker approves a checklist item, it will be marked as approved and shown in green there. For rejected item, the item will be color coded as red.
If PSD checker sends back the case to PSD maker, the status of the application here will again move back to View where the Sales person can view and see which all are pending to be added.
Once all the PSD items are checked and marked as approved by PSD checker, the Status in PSD pendencies will be marked as completed
