We are excited to announce a major overhaul of our internal dashboards, designed to enhance efficiency, improve communication and streamline our processes. This release includes numerous new features and improvements that will significantly benefit our sales, KYC, Credit Operations and collections teams. Below is a summary of the key features and their benefits

High Level Summary of Features for various teams:

Sales Team

Centralized onboarding: All cases across lenders (primary, secondary) to be onboarded in smartdash. All programs will be mapped into the live system within the week ending 17 August. Then all existing customers of the program will be added subsequently
Streamlined communication: Use Smartdash to leave comments and tag relevant teams, ensuring quick responses and smoother collaboration.
Missing Details Tracking: Basis the program and lender requirements documents and sections are made mandatory by system so that no need to manually track what is missing
Effortless Case Tracking: In case certain documents or details are pending to be completed, all these cases will start coming under awaiting additional docs bucket or notified via Emails
Email Notification on Credit Approval and R2D: For applications which moves into credit approved and R2D stage auto emails will be triggered by the system and sent out to entire sales team in real time

KYC Maker and Checker Team

Introducing Maker and Checker in KYC Process: We are introducing Maker and Checker in KYC. Maker will review the documents and send it to the lender
Configurable KYC Checker: In program-lender where Supermoney is doing the KYC then case goes to KYC Checker or else Maker directly sends the document directly to the lender
Returning Cases with Missing Details to Onboarding Team: Send cases back to onboarding team in case documents or details are missing
Smarter Verification: New intelligent matching tools help reduce manual errors by automatically matching names and cities across documents.
Comprehensive Tracking: Keep tabs on cases through new buckets that reflect each stage of the process, from initiation to lender submission.

Credit Team

Streamlined Document Handling: Allow makers to directly send all necessary documents to the lender, simplifying the credit team’s process by eliminating the need to collate and verify document availability.
Streamlined Workflow: Recommend limits to lender, add pre-disbursement conditions, and handle credit reversals efficiently (Customer NI status)
De-dupe Details: Provide a view to see historical limits provided to a customer across loans, along with their outstanding, active & closed loans, and max DPD details
Credit Evaluation Parameters capture: Capture and track credit evaluation data such as whether bureau details are pulled, capture reason for data not as per the policy
Centralized Approval Capture by Credit Team: Whatever be the lender, credit team will capture the Pre-disbursement and All approvals will be captured in the system

Operations Team

PSD handling module: Easily track all the PSD conditions specified by the lender including capturing of collection fees. System-level validations ensure all required documents and checks are in place before an application is ready to be disbursed
Introducing Maker Checker in PSD: All PSD checks needs to be verified by PSD Checker
Introducing Maker Checker in Invoice: All invoices needs to be verified by Invoice checker
Tailored Dashboards: Separate dashboards for maker and checker teams ensure clear, organized views

Co-Applicant Details Requirement
Feature: If co-applicant details are required, a case can only proceed once these details are collected.

GST Karza Report Fetch
Feature: If a GST Karza report is required, a case can only proceed once the report is collected.

Minimum % Shareholding Requirement
Feature: In partnership entity, based on the specified minimum % shareholding, a case can't proceed until details of partners exceeding the minimum % are provided.
