AIM: Analyse - Implement - Manage

Every week we talk to with each of our clients to make sure they are progressing their information security actions. These actions have been agreed with them after analysis, or as a result of their latest quarterly audit. These quarterly audits all form part of an agreed annual roadmap, which ensures they are ready for external auditing.

We have this weekly meeting is in a relaxed and friendly manner via a video call, which we arrange with them for a regular basis.

We also have a more formal monthly meeting with a wider group of stakeholders where we report back on progress, discuss challenges, and update leadership.

Each client starts from a different place, with each have a different level of security governance and controls. Sometimes it only takes us a couple of months to get them ready for ISO certification, sometimes it takes a couple of years.

We currently have a 100% success rate in getting our clients certified for ISO27001, as well as a 100% success rate in helping clients maintain that certification.
