請依據以下說明找到您的Crash Log：

%TMP%\RedCandleGames\NineSols\Crashes

Mac Log

~/Library/Logs/RedCandleGames/Nine Sols/Player.log

Crash路徑

%TMP%\RedCandleGames\NineSols\Crashes

複製上面這串到檔案總管的路徑上，如下圖：若路徑不存在，則代表 crash 時並沒有成功生成報告

若能成功打開，裡面會有各個 crash report 的資料夾，如下圖：

請將對應時間點的 crash report 製作成壓縮檔並郵寄至shop-support@redcandlegames.com

Log路徑

複製上面這串到檔案總管的路徑上，如下圖：

請將目錄下的 Player.log 郵寄至shop-support@redcandlegames.com
