To meet the objective of amazing hires, we need an amazing amount of choice. This means not thinning the funnel preemptively.
With the leads, we’ll have more bandwidth — they’re not traveling often, so we can do more F2Fs
F2F is low risk — we’re not paying the candidate, they don’t take much of our time, so let’s do more of them!

To remain FLEXIBLE

90% of hiring for ESC comes from EA pipelines...
Keeping candidates open minded is the goal - after F2F, suggest what they should trial for
If it would be helpful to have an install lead present for F2F, then we’ll invite them

To streamline COMMUNICATION

SLACK IS KING - all communication done in ESC Hiring channel
Turn on notifications!!!
IF EMERGENCY - text with Lead included
If you text Kade, you add his lead and yours - aka Rebekah and Nick/ Colton
Current Text groups are no longer be needed and will be archived
