Garlic Toast
Whether you have a new loaf, or only a few butt ends left, garlic toast will never fail to spice up the night... extra crunchy, just how it should be ;)
Total Time - 5min
Ingredients
Spread butter on 1 side of each slice of bread. Cut each slice in half; place plain side down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Broil (notes 1) 4 inches from the heat until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
1) Be sure to watch it like a hawk! It’s very easy to get distracted and forget... toast burns easy and nobody wants a piece of coal with their spaghetti, yuck.
