Narrated `Uthman:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." Hajjaj ibn Minhal narrated to us, Shu`bah narrated to us, he said: Alqamah ibn Marthad informed me, I heard Sa`d ibn `Ubaydah, on the authority of Abu `Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, on the authority of `Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: “The best of you is he who learns the Qur’an and teaches it.” He said: And Abu `Abd al-Rahman recited during the reign of `Uthman until al-Hajjaj came. He said: And that was Who made me sit in this seat of mine.

Overall Courses Structure

This educational program is divided into three distinct parts, each with its own focus and completion timeline.
The Qaidah course consists of seven sections, focusing on reading and pronunciation skills. It takes approximately 19 hours and 5 minutes to complete. Depending on the student's pace, this course is typically covered over a few weeks. Completion of the Qaidah course is required before advancing to the Quran Memorization or Arabic Language courses.
The Quran Memorization course is comprised of 604 sections, with a goal of completing 10 sections per month, meaning the entire course takes around 60 months (5 years). Repetition is heavily emphasized within each hour, as students repeatedly recite and practice specific verses to ensure memorization. Review occurs on subsequent days and weekly to solidify retention. This course requires completion of the Qaidah course before enrollment.
The Arabic Language Course is made up of 8 sections, with each section requiring approximately 75 hours to complete, resulting in a total of 600 hours. Depending on the student's schedule, this course can be completed over several months to a year. Students in this course must have completed the Qaidah course before enrollment. By the end of the Arabic Language course, students should be able to listen to a 1-hour news broadcast or lecture on an Islamic topic, write a 5-page paper on the topic, deliver a 15-minute speech, and engage in a 1-hour discussion about the subject.

Qaidah Structure

The Qaidah course consists of 7 sections, each with approximately 6 pages of content, for a total of 28 pages. There are about 6 lessons per page, adding up to a total of 240 lessons. The time required for each section is as follows:
Letter Lane: 3 hours 45 minutes
Short Vowel Shore: 2 hours 10 minutes
Green Tanween: 1 hour 45 minutes
Long Vowel Valley: 2 hours 20 minutes
Sukoon Sands: 2 hours 25 minutes
Shaddah Shivers: 3 hours 5 minutes
Tajweed Trip: 4 hours 30 minutes
Each lesson also introduces a new Arabic word for optional exposure, although these words are not part of formal assessments.

Qaidah Course Fee and Discount Option

The Qaidah per Section price is $200. However, students can qualify for a discounted rate if they meet specific requirements that demonstrate their commitment to the learning process. To qualify for the discounted fee, students must:
Provide a schedule outlining their home study plan to ensure consistent practice outside of class.
Arrive 5 minutes early to each class to be prepared and ready to begin on time.
Ask at least 1 question per lesson to actively engage in the learning process.
Stay for the entire duration of each class session to ensure full participation.
Commit to teaching others beyond just the "Letter Lane" section of the Qaidah, helping fellow students learn and succeed.

Qaidah Pedagogy

Lessons in Qaidah are designed to be brief and efficient. Each section begins with intention setting, followed by rest, food, and drink to ensure focus. The first lesson is taught in 3 minutes, the second lesson is taught in another 3 minutes, and the first lesson is reviewed in 2 minutes. The goal is for students to read each lesson in under 20 seconds.

If a student struggles with an exercise, they return to the corresponding lesson for correction. After successfully completing a lesson, students take on the responsibility of teaching that lesson to others, which reinforces their learning.
The first section covers Letter Lane (Lessons 1–45), while the second section moves on to Short Vowel Shore (Lessons 46–71). Graduates of Letter Lane will progress to Short Vowel Shore, but they will also spend part of their class time teaching Letter Lane to new students.
Class durations are 45 minutes for the first section and 1 hour for subsequent sections. Each session is divided into two parts: the first 30 minutes are teacher-led, and the remaining 30 minutes involve graduates teaching in breakout rooms, with supervision and spot checks by the teacher.

Quran Memorization Course (NOT YET OFFERED)

The Quran Memorization course is structured to help students memorize the Quran gradually. It consists of 604 sections, with a target of completing 10 sections per month, leading to a total duration of 60 months (5 years). Graduation from the Qaidah course is required to begin this course.
The memorization process includes several key stages:
