Workflow

The Core Process (Start → Finish)

Here’s the exact workflow Pajaz Logistics should follow:

STEP 1: Lead Comes In (Thumbtack)

You receive a text like the ones in your screenshot.
Your rule:
Respond to leads within 5 minutes
Thumbtack favors fast responders

Create saved response templates:
Moving
Junk removal
Packing/unpacking

Example response:
“Hi ___, this is ___ from Pajaz Logistics. I saw your request for ___ and I’m available today/tomorrow. A few quick questions so I can give an accurate quote…”

STEP 2: Qualify the Job (Quick Call or Chat)

You do NOT guess prices.
Ask:
Location (pickup + drop-off)
Size (1BR, 2BR, items list)
Stairs / elevators?
Time flexibility?
Photos if possible
This protects your margins.

STEP 3: Price It the Pajaz Way

Start simple, don’t overcomplicate.
Starter pricing model:
Labor-only: hourly
Junk removal: volume-based
Local moves: hourly + truck
Packing: hourly + materials
Example:
2 movers + truck: $120–$150/hr
Junk removal: $150–$600 depending on load
Packing: $60–$80/hr per mover
👉 You are selling time + reliability, not cheap labor.
STEP 4: Fulfillment (How You Actually Do the Work)

You have 3 fulfillment options (use them in this order):

OPTION A: You + Helper (Best to start)

Highest profit
Best quality control

OPTION B: Independent Movers / Labor

You subcontract
You keep brand + customer
Pay helpers flat or hourly
OPTION C: Partner Crews (Later)
You sell jobs
They fulfill under Pajaz Logistics
You keep margin

This is how Pajaz becomes an operator, not just labor.

STEP 5: Payment & Close-Out

Collect payment before unloading final items
Use:
Cash
Zelle
Cash App
Stripe (eventually)
After job:
Ask for Thumbtack review
Add customer to your contact list
Reviews = cheaper leads long-term
