STEP 2: Qualify the Job (Quick Call or Chat)
You do NOT guess prices.
Ask:
Location (pickup + drop-off) Size (1BR, 2BR, items list) This protects your margins.
STEP 3: Price It the Pajaz Way
Start simple, don’t overcomplicate.
Starter pricing model:
Junk removal: volume-based Local moves: hourly + truck Packing: hourly + materials Example:
2 movers + truck: $120–$150/hr Junk removal: $150–$600 depending on load Packing: $60–$80/hr per mover 👉 You are selling time + reliability, not cheap labor.
STEP 4: Fulfillment (How You Actually Do the Work)
You have 3 fulfillment options (use them in this order):
OPTION A: You + Helper (Best to start)
OPTION B: Independent Movers / Labor
You keep brand + customer Pay helpers flat or hourly
OPTION C: Partner Crews (Later)
