In this feature it contain email Automation setting where there is two type of Email Series “Signup Student”and “Country Target Student”.
This feature enables users to configure targeted email campaigns for student groups from specific countries through Email Automation management. Users can create, update, publish/unpublish, and delete email groups, adding templates for each group. Access to the management menu requires launching the application, logging in, and navigating to the Email Automation menu. When creating an email group, essential fields include the group name, start date, frequency period, maximum frequency, and targeted countries. Users may also choose whether to repeat emails for each cycle. After saving, email group details can be updated or deleted, and email templates can be managed with options to add, update, delete, and preview them. Email templates require a subject and body, with headers and footers being optional. Once set up, emails are dispatched to students at scheduled times.
