👋 Welcome
Welcome to our QuickMetrix! This engineering specific onboarding guide will help you through your first weeks. This page walks you through the onboarding specific roles and the rough onboarding timeline and it ends with a checklist of all the engineering onboarding tasks for your first weeks. When you have worked through this page, you are ready to jump into the first part of basic training which will be checking out our codebase on your dev machine and running make dev.
One more thing - we are a fast moving startup and things change all the time. Please refer the documentation provided.
🤝 Your onboarding team
Manager - Your manager is Avinash Hegde. He will introduce you to your team. They are also picking your starter project and will give you feedback about your progress.
TL (Tech Lead) - If your manager runs a larger area they will likely have TLs for different projects and will lean on the TL for your starter project and feedback.
