Coaching and developing the FinOps Associate team members
PROCESS DESIGN AND OPTIMISATION:
Analyse the system and process needs of your assigned partners
Design and build out scalable financial processes and solutions
MANAGEMENT REPORTING:
Oversee and manage all management reporting and essential financial processes of multiple partners
PROBLEM SOLVING:
Listen and analyse partners needs and understand problems
Work with partners on problem solving and solutioning

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Excellent at juggling multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time in a fast paced enviroment
Completes on projects, manages timelines and gains stakeholder buy-in
Listen and analyses partners needs and understand problems
Ability to overcome barriers, manage expectation of partner etc
