Respect one another: Members will respect each other in our discussions.
Build trust: Members will maintain confidentiality and actively create a psychologically safe environment for others to share experiences, to ask questions and make mistakes.
Ensure data safety: Members will ensure data privacy.
Value communication over language: Content will be valued over language. We will focus on what members are trying to tell us over any typos, language level, etc.
Do the work: Members will complete all work and share it before the live sessions.
Communicate: Members will try to check messages at least once a work day and contribute to the conversation for a short period of time (unless there is some sort of crisis going on & then members will let the facilitators know).
Be on time: Members will be on time and be mindful of each other’s time.
Share resources: Members will exchange resources to the extent possible and appropriate.
