Functionality permissions for users can be managed from the Agent Management section.
To manage permission for an individual user, click Settings > Agents > AgentName > Agent Tab
to view all the Agent Logins and all Model Managers.
For each user, either Agent Login or Model Manager, there are a number of functionality permissions that can be turned on or off via the checkboxes. The functionality enabled on each is outlines below.
DFM View
Enable Entity Level Switching: Allows switching on and off of roles at the entity level View Model Change History: Provides access to see changes made to model portfolio Show Team Membership Tab: Displays the team membership tab for users DFM Update
Enable Entity Level Switching: Allows switching on and off of roles at the entity level View Model Change History: Provides access to see changes made to model portfolio Create Model: Allows creating new models within the system. Adjust Model Weights: Allows changing weightings within model portfolios Edit Model Attributes: Enables editing of model settings or attributes Export Model: Allows exporting model data for external use Assign Models to Teams: Grants permission to assign models to teams DFM Submit
Enable Entity Level Switching: Allows switching on and off of roles at the entity level View Model Change History: Provides access to see changes made to models. Can Force Apply: Allows enforcing changes to the model even with constraints. Suspend Model: Temporarily suspends the model from being used or modified. Pause Model: Allows pausing model operations. Rebalance Model: Enables the user to initiate a rebalance within the model portfolio.
