User Client Access Permissions

Client access permissions for users can be managed from the Agent Management section.
To manage permission for an individual user, click Settings > Agents > AgentName > Agent Tab
to view all the Agent Logins and all Model Managers.

For each user, either Agent Login or Model Manager, there are a number of client access permissions that can be turned on or off via the checkboxes. The functionality enabled on each is outlines below.

Read Only Client View

This permission gives the user access to see the underlying clients and data in a read only view. The user does not have access to rebalance the portfolio or make changes to the client portfolio.
The user can also see the detail of all the clients mapped to the Model Portfolios within firms that they have access to.

Allow Client Level Rebalance

This permission with give users the Read Only Client View permissions, as well as the ability to rebalance and make changes to individual client portfolios.
