Trade Reporting

Within the Project Dashboard, there are several default reports that can be set up and configured to view trade details trade status - Trade Report and Trade Summary.

Note - the Trade Report and Trade Summary can be customised to meet the requirements of each user group

To generate the reports, first select the checkbox next to the clients you with to include in include in the report.

The click the Reports button and click Trade Summary or Trade Report

Trade Summary

Without customisation, the Trade Summary will report the following on a per client basis
Recommendation Status
ClientName
Investment Code
Investment Name
APL Sent/Rebalanced - whether Investment was on the Firm APL (if available) when trades were generated
Investment Price
Order Type (if available)
APL Current - whether Investment was on the Firm APL when report was generated
APL Difference - any difference between the APL status when the trades Rebalanced and the APL status when the report was generated
Note - any note included on the client row
Prime Limit - any price limit configured in PortfolioCloud (if available)
Transaction Fee/Min/Percent - any transaction fee details configured in PortfolioCloud (if available)
