Create Model Portolio

New Model Portfolio

To create a model portfolio, click on the Model Dashboard Tab.

Then click on the + New Model button

This will launch the Create New Model Model Editor

The details required for New Models will vary by platform, however the default model must specify

Model Name

Weight Type: Fixed OR Floating

⁠

“Floating” weight type means the weight will adjust with market prices, while “Fixed” indicates a static weight regardless of market movements

Once the Model details have been entered into the editor, click Create Model to create the new model portfolio

New model will then be created and available in the Model Dashboard page

Clicking on the ModelName will take you into the model editor, where the new Model will be initiated.

Note: The new model will be Invalid as the weights by default, do not SUM to 100%

Initialise Model

Where a model portfolio has been newly created in the system, and has not yet been synced, the user may be presented with an Complete Your Setup request.

⁠

IN this case, simply click the Initialise button to finalise with syncing and setting up the portfolio.
