Scottsdale Realtor Survey

info
99 responses from Scottsdale/Phoenix area Realtors who attended the Annual Water Summit at Scottsdale Association of Realtors in May of 2023. The questions were aimed at understanding how much Realtors know/need to know about water issues in support of their business functions and client relations.
Survey Questions:
How long have you worked in Real Estate?
Pertaining to your business how important is a knowledge of water rights, regulations, availability, and quality?
Where do you typically get information about the drought and water supply situation in Arizona?
These days how often do you typically discuss water or drought issues with your clients, colleagues or potential clients?
What information would you like to have about what and drought to better serve your clients?
What are the most common questions you get asked about water?
Is there a particular sector of your client population who are most concerned about water?
Is there any information on the water shortage that you would like to know, but have been unable to find on the internet or elsewhere?
To what extent do you think a large scale conversion of grass to xeriscaping (low water-use landscaping) in Scottsdale businesses and communities will affect real estate in Scottsdale?
What impact do you believe future water shortages in the Colorado River Basin may have on the local real estate market and property values?
If you are willing to be contacted to preview ASU resources we are developing for real estate professionals in Arizona, how can we contact you? (You can reach out to Claire Lauer for a list of Realtor users for user testing, if you would like to engage with this group)
