Digitize the Tool Checkout Process with the below table, which allows members to reserve items at the click of button. Add the appropriate types of tools available in your community to the “Tool Type” column and set the number of rows in each tool type group to equal the number of tools owned in that respective category. The “Checkout” button automatically logs the garden member electing to checkout a particular item and the reservation length slider can be altered to adhere to the maximum checkout time allotted by your garden—the default time limit is set to five hours.
