DIY Setup Plan (Family & Friends Help!)

Prep the Night Before:

Set up a flower “bar” station with buckets organized by flower type/color.

Have flower clippers ready, simple instructions ("make small clusters" or "create tiny bouquets for bottles").

Maybe assign a few obes to help "style" the final tables so it doesn't get too chaotic.

Loose Instructions for Friends:

“Pick 2-3 flowers, add 1 greenery, 1 filler.”

“Mix textures, colors, and heights — not perfect!”

“Have fun and if it looks quirky and wild, it’s PERFECT.”

The kiddos will be joining in, too! They’ll be:

Making their own flower crowns (to wear during the wedding!) Parents will be helping them as well.

Helping prep the flower petals we’ll hand out to guests for the ceremony

Let them have fun, experiment, and feel included — we want this to feel playful and full of heart 💛
