Tang then tapped into ChatGPT to craft focused user surveys. AI-generated prompts helped him delve into user preferences and pain points related to competing products, adding rich, qualitative data to his findings.

But that wasn't all. Tang leveraged GPT-4o-mini's vision model to extract user personas directly from the competitor website screenshots. By analyzing the visual elements, he could identify the user personas behind the designs, going beyond just analyzing the content itself.

With PlayNode, Tang went from data to a compelling narrative about his competitors' users, identifying market gaps and offering his client valuable insights. He transformed data into actionable discoveries, proving that PlayNode is not just a tool, but a springboard for exciting, insightful UX research.
