Medical History - Capture
Record the results of medical tests in this table, to build up a history over time.
Click on the plus at the bottom of the table to add a new line. Use the drop down in the Name of Test column to select the test. For a new test, simply type it in, and click the plus as shown below:
Use the comments column to record any comments
Use the filters to see results for a specific test over time.
