Diversity in all about leaders to become aware of their own blind-spots, projections and unconscious biases, while opening up and valuing difference. Creating spaces in which communities can connect to togetherness, an energy that drives individual and collective breakthroughs. We are not your teachers. Experience is. Embodiment of eldership energy. The elder is the one who is connected to wisdom and is able to take a stand for everybody in the tribe. We are not elders ourselves, but we intend to call upon our eldership. No one feels appart. Everyone is included. Passing on wisdom, not suffering. So much suffering is being passed on and on, in a vicious circle, until it comes back to us. Passing on wisdom requires a conscious act and practice before is becomes embedded in a natural stance.
