Pierre-Boris is a Mind, Leadership and Organization coach, as well as a student of Contemplative Sciences.
Pierre-Boris has +20 years of experience in business, project and change management, developing and transforming organizations and teams, working with organizations such as IBM, Goodman, Partena and Cofidis, MCI, Projective, Wavemaker.
He notices and appreciates beauty, excellence, and skilled performance in all domains of life, from nature to art, to mathematics, to science, to everyday experiences. He enjoys bringing people, teams and things back to life, restoring them to their true glory. He thrives in dynamic work environments where he is asked to take on short project assignments and are expected to learn a lot about the new subject matter.
He complements his practical experience with relevant credentials, including accreditation as an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC), Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global), CLPC (Community Life Competence Process), Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) and Holacracy.

Tom holds a degree as a Commercial Engineer at the KU Leuven. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate world working for clients in FMCG (P&G Europe, Nestlé), media (Kanal5 Sweden, TVN Poland, VRT), banking (ABN Amro), automotive (Renault), advertising (Proximity BBDO).
As a director at Bisnode Belgium, Tom was responsible for a team consisting of more than 10 different nationalities and the successful launching of a new strategic product roadmap and the introduction of agile product development practices. Tom loves to work with cultural diversity.
In 2014, he travelled the world and started a journey to get certified as an Integral Master Coach with Integral Coaching Canada (the only Integral Coaching® training company endorsed by the Integral Institute and Integral Life of Ken Wilber). He also emerged himself in collective intelligence and community-building skills.
One of his practices with collectives became the ability to be with not knowing and to hold space for what wants to emerge.
Tom loves to accompany change and is at the service of individuals, teams, organizations and communities that want to thrive and find their authentic expression in life. Together they build a new narrative around a unique purpose.
Convinced of the importance of collaboration across borders and boundaries and the wisdom of diversity in collectives, he decided to join forces with Phusis.
