Responsibilities:
We are ‘building the product in public’(share everything about the product building journey on public platforms like social media, events, etc. You can Google ‘Build in Public for more info on this) to build community that gets interested in the product. So we need a dynamic, confident content creator who can -
Plan & Create engaging content to build a strong brand, get subscribers and users, be the thought leaders in the industry
Understand the product and product roadmap in and out and strategize an engaging content plan aligned with the product roadmap
Research relevant topics and start an intrigued conversation on social media using creative ways like discussions, public polls, forms and surveys, etc.
Create out of the box campaigns that become viral
Launch weekly podcasts with founders and leads in the team to talk about the tech, the product, business use cases, and trends in the industry
Create engaging videos about the product, use cases, to increase the reach
Own the social media channels and market places to put the right content out
Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in all form of content
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
Understand engagement data on social media, generate insights, report them to the respective manager and take actions to improve the strategy
Channels consisting (not limited to) - blogs, website content, social media posts, Podcasts, interviews, videos, etc.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Be an expert in copywriting
Essential Skills / Experience
Required
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
Hands-on experience with Content Management and strategy
