Hello Peter,

Thank you. I have reviewed your plan and wanted to confirm the below:

1. Mondays – 6 pm to 10 pm – Online

2. Tuesdays – 6 pm to 10 pm – in-person

3. Wednesdays – 6 pm to 10 pm – Online

4. Thursdays – no class

5. Fridays – 6 pm to 10 pm – in-person

6. Saturdays – 8 am to 12 pm – ONLINE agreed [VD’s suggestion: it can either be online or in person]

7. Sundays – 8 am to 12 pm – Online [VD’s suggestion: no class on Sundays]:Agreed

If the above understanding is correct, I wanted to mention that we do not need to meet the required number of hours for these courses as we are delivering it as Section 40, like an express make-up course. Therefore, I suggest that there is no class on Sundays, and you can decide if you want to have the Saturday class in person or online.

If the above works for you, I will update the schedule on the database for the courses as below:

MAD 4114 – Sep 25 to Oct 7 (Monday, Oct 9 is a statutory holiday)

MAD 4124 – Oct 10 to Oct 30 (we cannot schedule anything during the break week, i.e. from Oct 23 to Oct 28)

MAD 3144 – Oct 31 to Nov 13 (we cannot schedule anything during the break week, i.e. from Oct 23 to Oct 28)

MAD 5254 – Nov 14 to Nov 27

MAD 5264 – Nov 28 to Dec 11

You should now have access to the course outlines on the database, as the courses have been assigned to you. The Moodle access will be available by tomorrow morning.
