1.7 Development Value Stream (DVS)

Event Page. This is a Strategic Planning Team activity done in real time to establish the Development Value Streams (DVS) that should be considered by the organization. The idea is to give visibility and to create a shared understanding about them.
Instructions
There are 13 blocks in the Development Value Stream (DVS) Canvas. Each one has a view designed to enter statements related to each Block. Examples of development Value Streams may be found below these instructions. Strategic Planning Team Members should complete the following Steps:
STEP 1: Come up with a prioritized short list of DVS after a brainstorming. Think about Innovation needed
STEP 2: Work together on just one DVS at a time. Enter statements for each block at own discretion
STEP 3: Group and consolidate similar statements. Add or delete rows as necessary
STEP 4: Upvote or downvote statements to prioritize and/or select best
STEP 5: Agree on final list of statements for each block. All blocks should be completed
STEP 6: Start over with next OVS until all are completed
