What is Vision and Mission
These statements explain the project’s goals in a concise manner, helping the team focus on what is really important, and provide a basis for further development. These statements act as a foundation upon which the team builds the success parameter. These statements also help people outside of the project to understand what the project is trying to achieve.
Vision
Your vision is your dream. It's what your organization believes are the ideal conditions for your community. It might be explained in one or more vision statements.
It should be:
Comprehensive as the project’s goal
Future-based and inspiring.
Short, clear, and concise.

Examples:
Paragon Innovation Fellowship Program’s Vision is:
“Indonesia with better access to education and equal opportunity”
Mission
An organization's mission statement describes what the group is going to do and why it's going to do that. It is action-oriented and explains how your project’s gonna achieve your visions.
Mission statement should explain:
How to achieve vision
Why the project exists
What will the project do
Example:
Paragon Youth Leaders Fellowship Program’s Mission is:
“To create hands-on approach to out-of-classroom knowledge dissemination that focuses on educational, self-development, and technological sessions for youth”
