Deliverables

• Creative Direction across platform focusing on

• Dental Practice Portal,

• Lab Portal

• Admin Portal

New Design & UI components

Creative Direction & decisions will be provided by Pablo Gomez

Primary Figma designs will be done by 2 additional designers

Supplemental Figma design by Pablo

Reviews will happen each day and direction given promptly after

Client Responsibilities

• Any visual assets and content, specifically stock photos, and icon generation

• Final Copy

Communication Plan

Daily project meeting or email to cover questions, project updates, risks, and blockers

Client approvals at end of each phase

Project closure meeting to close out the project and discuss any ongoing future needs

Single Person sign off

Exclusions from Scope

Any back-end development and API implementation

Any assets beyond what is provided. Assets purchased will incur out of pocket fee. (will notify before anything gets purchased)

Final Copywriting. Sample copy will be provided.
