Enjoy our extra spicy mustard greens in a salad, sautéed with some olive oil and spices, or braised like collard greens. They have a wasabi-like spiciness to them and become much milder when cooked. Mustard greens are high in Vitamin A, which is important for normal vision, the immune system, reproduction, and growth and development. Vitamin A also helps your heart, lungs, and other organs function optimally. [] How to Store
Remove greens from produce bag and place in a container - by doing so, they will last 7-10 days before starting to wilt.
