Cancelation policy

You can cancel your booking at any time.
Your cancellation will be accepted when we receive a written confirmation
(by email) from the head of your party.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation more than 90 days before the retreat: 50% of paid deposit
60-89 days: 25% refund of paid deposit
Less than 60 days before the rental: No refund

CHANGES IN THE BOOKING
Changes to the number of participants under the following conditions and subject to availability:
Up to 30 days before the retreat start date:
Up to 20% reduction in the number of attendees/nights will be accepted and discounted at a pro-rated amount (considering that the equivalent amount of accommodation units/F&B is also being canceled
Up to 15 days before retreat start date:
Up to 10% reduction in the number of attendees/nights will be accepted and discounted at a pro-rated amount (considering that the equivalent amount of accommodation units/F&B is also being canceled)
Cut off for any F&B reduction subject to refund
Cut off for any change to the activities included in the original package (#attendees, change in provided activity etc).
Cut off to adding additional participants/accommodation units (subject to availability)
